The beautiful Carolyn Wilke…
April 14, 2008

Well, I’ve had a lot going on lately. but I’ve just carved out a minute to get these most recent photos online. These are from a small portrait session with the beautiful Carolyn Wilke. It was a chace for me to test out my new 85mm f1.4 lens. God is it beaitful, just like this wonderful model. Thanks for your time.

Thanks Aaron! This was so fun… any time you need a model..

And remember those girls that were looking for the cell phone? One of them was at the same movie as me tonight and afterwards goes “Hey, aren’t you that girl who was modelling?”
My fifteen minutes of fame right there…
Dear Aaron,
How thrilled I was to see you capture the uniqueness of my dear Carolyn, and all the more by my bud, Aaron!
Yes, a beauty in physical features and in spirit.
Hey, congrats to you - you see it because I see the same qualities in you.
Thanks for sharing - oh, yet again!

Hey Aaron, these are wonderful. How did you get that effect? Was it just built into your camera, or Photoshop, or what? I’ve just recently started photography and now that I’m past the basic point-and-shoot I’d like to try some effects, but I don’t know how!
thanks everyone for the very nice comments.
@Laruen: the effect was done through adobe lightroom using a preset that is called “300″ it’s supposed to emulate the look of the movie 300. I changed a few settings to make it less harsh and fit the model better. Well yeahh that’s it for now.
