OSHS Rams Basketball, another win!

Congratulations to the Old Saybrook Rams! The OSHS basketball team is really doing well with another win against Portland last Friday.I guess it’s both a good thing and a bad thing that I haven’t gotten these basketball pictures up yet. It’s good because it means that I’ve been busy shooting and posting other events, but bad that these shots have been put on the back burner.

I took a different approach to this game and shot it from up in the stands using my 80-200mm. Part of the reason was that my girlfriend Kim was with me and I didn’t think she wanted to stand under the hoop with me, the other reason was that I didn’t bring my flash. In reality I wasn’t even planning to go to the game! I had my gear with me to shoot the Old Saybrook High School Drama Pastarama. , which went very well also. So despite my lack of planning, I’d say the shots from the game came out well.

It’s amazing how well the Rams are doing! Maybe we’ll see Old Saybrook as class s champs this year?
