These photos of State Radio were taken by Aaron Snyder at the Bank of America Pavilion in Boston. The show started off with a bike tour along the water led by the band State Radio. The ride tied into another organization Bikes Not Bombs. I was able to secure a seat in the back of the lead pickup truck to shoot the bike ride. Unfortunately we were stopped by the UMass police because it is illegal for anyone to be seated in the bed of a pickup. Luckily he had more important matters to attend to and we were all able to return to the show as planned. I hit a very annoying snag in my adventures. Due to the venue’s policies I was only allowed to shoot the first three songs. So here we have my shots from the ride, back stage, and the show itself. All of my pictures of Mad-dog (the drummer) were worthless so sorry that they are missing.

One of my favorite activities in the summer is going out on Traver’s boat to go wakeboarding. Here are some shots of Traver, his sister, and her husband out on the wakeboard. The main picture features a set of shots stitched together as Traver clears the wake.

Today Carissa and I took a drive through our beautiful state and stopped at Marvel Farm to take some pictures. The owner of the farm, Nancy, was very kind and allowed us to roam throughout the grounds taking pictures.

My friends just opened a new store in Westbrook, CT called Sea Safe Marine. They asked me for some nautical inspired photographs to hang in their shop and to sell on comission. So here is the first batch of shots. These were either taken in Mystic Seaport or right here at Pilot’s Point Marina in Westbrook.

Today’s post is just some pictures taken with my old camera and a pretty crappy lens just to capture some memories. Wakeboarding with Traver is one of my favorite things to do in the summer. Our friends Carissa, Jeremy, and Sally came along and had a blast using the wakeboard.
